In 1903 he participates in the exhibition organized by The Poitevin Fouace at City Hall Niort. It presents views Ile d'Oleron St Trojan . In 1926 he appears in the exhibition of Fine - Arts in the ballroom of the Hotel de Ville de Niort. Emile Paloumet presents several works that Road Lys Valley (Luchon) Torrent to Juzet Luchon , Glaciers and Maupas Road Luchon Montauban. It also participates in several occasions at the Salon of the Society of Friends of Arts in Niort, including the first in 1928, with several views of landscapes Niortais: Regratterie Quai de la St Martin island, St Martin Canal Featured, Low Sablonnier, Canal St Martin in the moat Monbazon (only watercolors).
Arcopass discovered and have acquired recently, Jean Paloumet watercolors, depicting landscapes of Poitevin marshes.

Emile Tudeau lived early in Paris is the capital and received his artistic training. Become a talented cartoonist and painter, he created numerous drawings in ink, watercolors, gouaches and oils.
